Hi, I’m Karin, founder of Yoga Journaling. As a yoga teacher and former studio owner, I’ve created and taught thousands of yoga flows. I know firsthand how much time and energy it takes to design a sequence that feels inspiring, safe, and balanced – whether for a packed class or a personal practice.
That’s why I started Yoga Journaling. My goal was simple: to make sequencing more convenient, to save teachers and practitioners precious time, and to give them the confidence that their flows would truly work.
With the help of Toby, my little stick figure character, I’ve turned years of teaching experience into practical tools that make yoga sequencing effortless and fun. Every product is born from real classes, tested by real yogis, and designed to help you feel inspired instead of overwhelmed.

Karin works with printers and manufacturers from Europe to support fair working conditions. Karin's attitude: With cheap products, someone else always has to pay for it - the animals, the environment or people.
